Chapel of the pines has been a wonderful company to work with in one of the most difficult times regarding the unexpected passing of my dad. I have worked with Heidi, and she has been so kind, thoughtful, supportive, and helpful. She has truly made this process so much easier to deal with. Thank you for all of the help you have given, and for treating my dad with so much respect and dignity.

My siblings and I unfortunately lost our mother and father within 6 months of each other and were referred to Chapel of the Pines by Snowline Hospice. As this was our first time having to make final arrangements, we were unsure of the process, but the staff treated us kindly and answered our many questions patiently. The program in place to create the contract was easy to use, it showed us the many options available on a large screen tv, guided by staff that was informative, helpful and in a non-pressure manner. Overall we feel we were treated fairly and that our parents were handled in a caring way with a reasonable cost. We did not hold a memorial service, however their onsite chapel is very pretty. The urns and paperwork are presented in a sturdy, heavy duty felted bag for transport. Thank you to Emily, Heidi and each staff member that help to create a caring and tranquil space at such a trying time.

From my first phone call in preparation for my brothers passing to the arrival of his ashes to me 100 miles away. The staff was warm and kind. Chapel if the pines made this process seemless for me and my family.
