My mother died recently and I chose Chapel of the Hills due to a recommendation from a friend. I am extremely pleased with my choice. All of the staff was wonderful but McKenzie immediately put me at ease. I left knowing my mother with be treated with dignity and respect. She was kind, caring, professional, considerate, sympathetic and informative. Thank you McKenzie, you made a very difficult time in my life so much easier to manage.

Last month my dad passed away 4 days before my wedding day and it caused me to go through a range of emotions in such a short amount of time. Everyone knows how hard it is when a loved one dies, but I feel as if no one prepares you for the financial and emotional stress one endures as well. Coming across Chapel of the Hills is something I am truly grateful for. They were not only upfront and honest with all fees, but their staff was extremely friendly and informative every step of the way. I personally was able to work with McKenzie throughout the whole process and it was something I will never forget. I myself work in a profession where I am exposed to death often, so I know what it takes to maintain the sense of empathy and compassion while working in this field of work. She has worked for this company for a while and has still managed to remain her professionalism while also providing great comfort when it was needed. I spent most of my interactions with her over the phone which only shows you just how much of a gift that she really does have. I feel as if her actions go beyond being a good employee, but an amazing person by being able to make others feel the way she does.
