I called in to get some information about a relative and the person I spoke with seemed very dismissive and unwilling to help. He also directed me back to where I told him that I was having a issue reaching. So Thanks For Nothing!!!!!

I can’t praise Caver staff enough on how well they handle my mother’s service. From having her shipped from AZ back to Detroit. They did an awesome job. Her makeup was superb she looked like she was sleeping. She look like her self. Not to mention. They overall friendliness and making me feel like family. They took away all the stress and sadness from the whole experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were great.

My experience with Caver was GREAT. Word's can't express how much i applicate the service they provided for my mother. I honestly give them a 5 star rating. They help me through the process that was so over whelming for me. They were kind, courteous, patient and understanding. My Mother looked like she was resting in peace. When i went in to view her body it felt like an elephant was lifted off my chest. She looked so peaceful. Her makeup was flawless, her hair was flawless. Her cassette was beautiful. The picture's were beautiful. I could go on and on. The service was a home going service. I got the closer that i needed in my life knowing my Mother is R.I.P. Thank you Caver and a special thanks' to Deon my new friend. I would recommend them to any and everybody.
