This place deserves 5 Stars. From beginning to end Oksana, Yessenia, Ashley and the rest of the team were/are outstanding. Pricing was better than the larger competitors (East, Angel, S Angel). My family is not of money and here the same services were affordable, respectfully, understanding, and made the whole process easy. Thank you Carrillo's Team for your professionalism and empathy through my family's hard time.

We wish we would have read the reviews about this funeral service before we authorized them to pick up my father's body from the hospital. From the first phone call, we could tell that the staff was "all business" with no empathy. I wouldn't even call it professionalism but rather only seeing us as $$$ not people in mourning. We decided to use Funeraria Del Angel instead because they were more caring and their fees were not as high as Carrillo's. At no point did the staff at Carrillos' or even the owner show any care about us or try to keep our business. I suppose they get plenty of business because of their obviously large advertising budget so losing one customer was nothing to them. If you don't like feeling like just another number, you should probably take your business elsewhere.

It's been a month since my father's passing. The staff at Carrillo's were very compassionate and understanding during our time of mourning. Thank you to Patsy, William and Jayme for being so supportive, you guys did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Carrillo's for services. The General Manager April is also great! This team is remarkable and impressive. Thank you again!
