Thank you for all your help and compassion for my sister's passing. They kept in great contact through the process making everything so easy for me. I had a complicated situation being responsible for everything even out of state, and they helped me with more than anyone could, they did everything for me. My Mother got sick last year and it was evident that her days were numbered. Her care team suggested hospice for her last days and we, as a family, agreed. It is a lot of stuff to navigate in a very short period of time and tough when emotions are high. We were taking recommendations from people on attempting to plan ahead. The hospice folks suggested Care Center Cremation & Burial for our Mom's cremation. This suggestion ended up being a great one. Our family believes that cremation seems to be the best choice at the end of life. We can spread my Mom's ashes off of Sunset Cliffs so that she can be with my Father. I called in and everything was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The care that we received couldn't have been any better. There was no upselling and the price seemed to be great in comparison to our other options. When the morning arrived that my Mother passed, I simply made a phone call and 2 gentleman were at her house within 65 minutes. They couldn't have been any nicer, caring, nor professional. I was very impressed with their demeanor throughout. They treated us with kid gloves which was a nice touch considering the circumstances. Once all was said and done, we received the ashes and death certificates in a very short period of time. All communication was very respectful and professional. I needed some additional death certificates a year later and we received them within 3 or so days. Heather took great care of us. Every employee that we talked to on the phone, emailed with, or had direct contact with was amazing. A super great company. Thanks for making a very difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. It was nice to not have to worry about my Mom's end of life details. Thanks!

The Megans were very professional and helpful and answered any and all questions I had. This was a difficult time for me but both of them showed compassion and made me feel comfortable during the process of getting my mom ready for her final resting place.
