They were very busy, And I had all the patience in the world, come to find out they had the same for me, it was perfect for my situation And they shipped my fathers ashes to me from San Diego to Vegas. I found them 5 days before the deadline at the medical examiner’s office and was scared that I wouldn’t make the 30 day deadline to retrieve my fathers ashes, infact I didn’t speak to them until right before the weekend, but they handled it And were so patient with me when it came to information they needed, payment (they gave me time to make the payment) and they kept their word, I told them don’t rush my main concern is that we actually claim And pick up his body. Packaging was great as well. Thank you again

Very unprofessional and not to mention disrespectful! I called this business and the rep answered the phone hello your calling me! I asked about the situation with my mothers cremation and I was put on hold for 20 min with out any apologies or empathy for the passing of my mom and the situation I am in. Each time I called this business I was given the run around and never a clear understanding of the next step in my mother’s passing. I would never recommend this business to anyone. If you are reading this review please don’t do business with this company because they are very unprofessional and unknowable of there work. At this point I am asking to move my business elsewhere.

I could not recomend American creamation on mission gorge road! sarah is rude & not very helpful. I had deaeth certicate From vital records 8 days before she got it & she never let me know she had it! If anything was not done or ready, she blamed it on the state, or crematory staff, very agressive! And didnot know who George was in her company who has all the great reviews! need more Geoeges and less Sarahs!
