It took me couple of years to finalize my thoughts. Throughout the process, I felt disrespected and disregarded by the staff at Canale Funeral Directors. They showed little empathy for my loss and seemed more focused on pushing their services and products than on providing meaningful support and guidance. It was evident that the staff lacked basic communication skills, as they failed to listen to my needs and concerns. They were dismissive of my questions and seemed impatient when I asked for clarification on certain procedures. Furthermore, threatening to destroy a death certificate if extra money is not paid is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. Funeral directors have a duty to provide essential services and support to families, and such threats only add to the stress and grief already experienced by the bereaved. Ignoring your concerns is also unacceptable, as good communication is essential in providing quality service. It is important for funeral directors to listen to and address the needs and concerns of families with sensitivity and respect. Overall, I would not recommend Canale Funeral Directors based on my experience. It is important to seek out funeral homes and directors who prioritize compassion, care, and professionalism in their services.

My experience with Canale was excellent. All of the staff gave our family full attention and respect and did everything they could to make arrangements meet our requests. Everyone with whom we dealt was completely professional yet extended us personal care and concern. Our family’s requests were somewhat atypical, but we were given complete cooperation and respect. We greatly appreciated their efforts to eliminate difficulties and allow us to focus on the services of our church, on our family’s needs, and our prayer and care for our loved one.

During an extremely difficult time for my family and I, Ford Canale and the rest of the staff went above and beyond what can be expected. Ford was extremely patient and helped guide us through the whole process .
