We just had my daughter's service at Callaghans, they were tremendous. Lupita answered my unending questions quickly and with much patience. She made an unbearable situation easier We are so grateful. Catie also assisted us the day of and was a delight. It was a smooth as it could be.

Deanne is the absolute best. She knows just how to put people at ease during difficult times. I am ever grateful.

Horrible experience with one of the women staff. Lupita was awful. She treated several family members very disrespectfully. The day of the service she barked orders to guests. I’ve been involved in death care as a career. I dealt with mortuaries for years both professionally and personally. My sister was the assistant to the CEO of a large mortuary corporation as her career. We know how family and friends should be treated and this woman doesn’t belong working in the capacity she’s been given. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. It’s bad enough to scream at a guest but to scream at a mom who just lost her daughter is unforgivable!! There are shenanigans going on that are very concerning. I would never recommend this mortuary as long as Lupita is employed there. Even if she’s not I would be really careful in considering Callaghan Mortuary.
