We worked with Caggiano recently for the death of a loved one. From our first interaction to subsequent logistics, we had an extremely positive experience. Upon first meeting, Caggiano greeted us with a warm and respectful manner which we really appreciated. They helped us navigate all of the difficult decisions that go into this kind of moment. All of our arrangements were handled promptly and carefully. They were extremely responsive throughout the process and it felt very nice to have someone that we could count on for all details. They were kind, thoughtful and professional every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed perfectly. My brother in law, who had passed away almost a week before the family viewing, looked so peaceful. His sons were very grateful for the care that was taken in preparing their dad for the private family viewing. Highly recommend this very well run family memorial home.
