This was my first funeral to plan from beginning to end and James was amazing and patient. Answered every question, text, called, very up front and courteous. Our plans had to change from an offsite to onsite service 6 days before the funeral and they accommodated smoothly! My daughter looked beautiful, the chapel was perfect and I would recommend them for any future service.

Unfortunately, against the wishes of others, C&H handled my father’s funeral last week. C&H told us that he’s not entitled to a military send off because he was not in active duty. They asked my nephews to carry their grandfather’s casket into the church. How disrespectful and unprofessional! They tried the same thing with my mother 3 yrs ago, until I complained. My nephews’ stated the casket wasn’t totally closed when they carried it out of the church. SMH!! At the repast- they (3), had the nerve to be already seated before the family got downstairs, and THEN got in line FIRST when it was announced the food was ready! Someone had to TELL them, the family is served first!! They were disappointed to see they lost some of their seats to family to eat. The funeral flags were handed out to the family to put on their own cars with NO instructions. No one told me, and some of the others about the car lights, staying close together, etc I would give them a 0 if the rating would allow. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. What I stated above, is what I, and others witnessed firsthand. I’m just SMH at C&H!!!

C & H Community For Funerals are simply amazing, they made the experience of planning our son arrangements a stress free experience. Thank you and your entire staff for being so beautiful during such a difficult time in our family lives. Highly recommended!
