I never post reviews but wanted to with my experience we had with Burr. I was able to be apart of planning my Grandfather's service. We met with Alexis. She went above and beyond to make my Grandmother happy and comforting her during her grieving process. I can't say it enough how great of a job she did making this difficult time easier for our family. I would 100% recommend her to help anyone with this difficult time. If the owner does indeed read this review, you are very fortunate to have her representing your company. Thank you!

These folks are wonderful, caring, and compassionate people to whom one can confidently entrust a loved one’s final arrangements. No detail is overlooked and everything is completed in a thoroughly professional and elegant manner. A million grateful thanks to one and all at Burr’s for all they did to help our family.

This place is the worse funeral ever. They have no sense of professionalism and they have no idea on how to treat or be helpful to people. They're completely rude and have no patience. The impression they gave me is that they're there just to get my money and get it over with.
