They made a difficult time so much easier. They were kind and patient, and the process was smooth, all online and over the phone. They were incredibly compassionate when I picked up the urn. I’m grateful for them.

They were very kind and responsive. They answered all of my questions and worked well with the coroner to get everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Everything was done on time and respectfully.

Everything went VERY smoothly concerning the service that A Basic Cremation offered. I would have given a 5 Star rating except when we went to get the remains I was a bit taken a back that we were in a warehouse area and the place was hard to identify, even though we had the address. We didn't know what door to go into and just wasn't what we were expecting - I thought it would have been more of a chapel looking place and it's not. It also had a strong smoke smell, but..... The people are so very kind both in the beginning when we were setting this all up and at the end when they brought the remains out. So sweet a group. Thank you UPDATE - I had to return to A Basic Cremation to pick up a polymer container for traveling. When I was there I noticed there wasn't a smoky smell this time. And, again the people were way beyond super. Thank you so much for being there for us.
