I can’t say enough about how helpful, gracious, and caring Chris and his entire staff are. We were amazed at their genuine concern for our comfort and their excellent service. They went the extra mile for our family and we are extremely thankful!

When losing a family member the last thing on the family's mind is being questioned on their decision making. After starting our arrangements with Fredlock, we decided that this was not the right funeral home for us. When going in to sign the paperwork to change funeral homes, we weren't greeted at all, more like directed to go to another door. When going to the other door, we were pointed into the direction of the interior door that we need to go to. The gentleman, I'm assuming that was the owner, read the paper and said sign here. He left the room to get our receipt and change, came back in gave it to us and directed us out of the building. This was the most inconsiderate man I have ever came across. Very rude with no sympathy what so ever. Everyone has a right to change their mind...and you still received your $3,400.00 for the little that you did do. I will never recommend this establishment. I am all about supporting business, but I will forever direct people to Newman's as we were very impressed with their services and manners that Fredlock obviously does not have.

Chris took great care of all arrangements including special requests. Excellent service
