They are truly family oriented and community driven. This place took great care of us and my grandfather as he was being laid out for the viewing the services. He looked great for what he had been through kudos to the team for making him look like him. As a whole the funeral home made a big mistake that impacted us as family but they made sure to make it right to us which means the world for their professionalism. I wish I could have given them 5 stars we have held all of our relatives funerals with them and have my in-laws prepaid with them. The funerals were all beautiful they were always extremely helpful but we just buried my 40 year old sister who passed from cancer leaving 2 young children and loving family members behind. We chose to have a closed casket because that was what she wanted, she wanted to be remembered how she was before she got sick. After the service the funeral director John went behind the family’s back for someone not related at all and opened her casket to put a ring on her finger that she didn’t want. Now not only are we grieving but we a struggling with the fact that she will never rest at peace because the ring was from an abusive relationship. We just can’t understand how they could get away with this. If we knew before she was buried it would have been an easy fix. But now she is in the ground, with a ring on her finger that she didn’t want, attached to her abusing ex for all of eternity.

My husband's viewing and funeral were at Bruzdzinski's in early January. When my daughter and I met with Chrissy, she made our decisions easy and showed us so much sympathy and caring. The viewing went very well with lots of people we hadn't seen in years coming to honor my husband. The funeral service was beautiful and we were off to the cemetery. The staff was very nice and treated us so well at this difficult time. I would recommend Bruzdzinski's to anyone who has the misfortune of needing the services of a funeral home.
