As a rural cemetery that was contacted by Brown & Commings for a burial. We had to make 4 phone calls to try to receive payment for marking and opening & closing. No luck so made a one hour trip to Enid to collect payment from them. Was almost a month to finally getting settled. Will require payment up front from them in the future. Mt Olive Cemetery, Nardin Oklahoma update: We have communicated with the funeral home and have come to an understanding.

The passion these people have for providing the best care possible during challenging times is unmatched. Shaun, Nikki and the other employees are a true blessing to work with.

I am so grateful to the family and staff at Brown-Cummings for everything they did for my family during one of the hardest times. Shaun went above and beyond expectations. He was patient through wardrobe malfunctions and understanding about the importance of every detail, even down to Anthony’s cologne. His sympathy and care for my brother meant so much to me and the rest of our family. Nikki helped me through all the planning. She answered every question and was always so patient, even if it was the 2nd or 3rd time I had asked. She made every little change I thought may have been necessary and gave me suggestions or reassurance when I felt completely lost. She even answered the phone in the middle of service when I called because I hadn’t communicated things properly and she adjusted music volumes when I wanted to conceal the sounds of crying. I don’t think I will ever be able to express how much it meant to our family. I know they deal with this daily, but they still managed to make me feel like Anthony was just as special to them as he was to me. I will never forget their kindness and how much the experience changed my outlook on the importance of a memorial. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart!
