This funeral home was very disrespectful to not only our beautiful resident but also to the family whom had to sit for hours on hours on hours waiting for them to arrive!! I’ve never seen such an awful lack of empathy from a funeral home in my life! And you can guarantee anytime I hear someone say they will be using their services I will absolutely let them know about the experience with them!

Waited almost 4 hours for this funeral home to arrive after getting the run around on ETA. Initially was told “It’s gonna be a while”, and then they said the driver had several other calls, but absolutely zero time frame was given or explanation to why it was going to be a long wait. Then, they said it would be a “few hours”. They finally promised to arrive at a certain time, several hours later, and then didn’t show up at that time, and did not call to say they were going to be late. Finally gave up and went with another funeral home. They kept giving excuses, would not call back to give any updates, and offered no alternative solutions to arrive sooner. The level of disrespect towards this grieving family, and unprofessionalism overall, is mind blowing. Amy was very hateful and unprofessional when they were told their services were no longer needed, after waiting so long with no remorse. Absolutely do not recommend!

Their services have declined significantly throughout time. After many many phone calls and getting the run around for over 4 hours we finally called to cancel the pick up and transport of our loved one (to which Bill replied, "That's fine, do it.") and chose another funeral home who arrived within 20 minutes. The canceled driver finally arrived anyway and said he had only gotten the call 2 hours ago and at that time he was in Bristow. The lack of compassion and professionalism in this field of work is unlike anything I've ever encountered. Amy, Bill, and Doris or Delores were unapologetic, full of excuses and for some reason thought this was an ok time frame to receive this precious body. What a shame.
