I can’t say enough about the care, compassion, and understanding that everyone showed to my family and I with the loss of my mother. They are so warm and friendly and accommodating. They make you feel like family. I don’t want to mention anyone by name because I would hate to forget someone because they are ALL wonderful. I used them almost 30 years ago for my father’s funeral and they were very helpful in pre-planning my mother’s funeral.(which I would recommend for everyone, It sure makes things a lot easier during the grieving process and It was also very satisfying to know that my mothers wishes were fulfilled.) I love the bright open feel. I’ve been other places where it just seems dark and chopped up. They communicate very well and were always there to answer any questions that I had. They always go above and beyond. They have a wonderful reputation, and you can tell that means something to them.

We have had so many of our family members at Brown & Butz & Diedring. You will never find another funeral home that treats you like family. They never forget who you are and has always been there to help us when needed. Montana, Heather, Henry or Pastor Cable they are the best.

Highly recommend! Vince, Paul, and the rest of the staff at Brown Butz & Deidring have taken care of our loved ones with their final preparations. They are all very compassionate, understanding, and accommodating , they treated us like a part of their family. Definitely went above and beyond!! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people!
