Broussard mortuary in Silsbee was a bittersweet experience- the bitter being losing both my parents 7 mos. Apart. The sweet being the staff of Broussard’s ! They were the most compassionate and professional team I have ever seen in funeral home service! Steve Cooper- their director was most accommodating and kind in all his service and Helen helped me with the burial policies! They made it stress free and the place was so clean and beautiful and the location serene! TY all for helping us thru a most grievous time!! God bless!❤️

At the consultation we went over options and they worked with us to reduce the cost of a simple cremation with no viewing which I am grateful for. I waited several weeks before I decided to call about recovering my mother’s ashes since sometimes these things take time and I was assured I’d get a phone call when she was ready but I did not. Overall though it was a hard thing to do and not once did I feel like I wasn’t met with compassion.
