Danny Blanchard GM addressed all our families concerns! He listened to our needs and made things right! Carl was very nice to work with on the funeral planning. My only recommendation is to perhaps have a checklist for staff if this is not already in place so all bases are covered. We were not informed about needing to order a headstone at the time of the funeral planning, and my mother and I were so distraught that we didn’t even think about it. Forest Lawn Funeral Home is a top notch place. From the moment we contacted them until the end of the funeral they where wonderful. I loved the way they where there when we needed them , but did not hover. They where kind and very informative. Our mother prepaid for her funeral close to 20 years ago and it all went smooth as silk. After a long battle with cancer it was so great to have all her wishes and choices fulfilled I would like to thank them for making our mother look wonderful even though I didn’t think it was possible. She was a beautiful woman , but cancer is brutal. I gave them 5 stars , but would have given them 10 if I could. Death and burial is not something anyone wants to deal with , but at Forest Lawn it was easy. Thank you again for all your great work and compassion given to our family.
