I have personally worked with Ben Holland and Bright-Holland Funeral Home on several occasions. Though the passing of a loved one is never easy to deal with, the staff at Bright-Holland make the experience as seamless as possible. From the moment I got news of my loved one passing the staff at Bright-Holland were there to support me in every step of the process. My situation was not uncommon. My family member passed away out of state and never once was I sent searching for who to contact or what paperwork was needed. Ben, and his amazing team, took care of all of the details for me, allowing me to grieve on my own time- while still keeping me in the loop during the whole process. By the time services were being prepared Ben felt like family. There is no team that I would have preferred to work with over the team at Bright-Holland. I cannot imagine the process going any smoother or the staff being any more helpful and friendly.

Sometimes things happen unexpectedly, especially without a good and proper plan. My Mother passed away on April 9th, it was a complete shock and still is. When you have to figure out what happens next, it does get stressful. Bright-Holland funeral home has been known by my family for years. It's a name I know we could trust. So when I decided to use their services they made me and my family as comfortable as possible. The director, Ben Holland was kind, courteous, and very professional. He answered any questions we had and helped us through the steps. Mr.Holland kept me very informed throughout the whole process and if there was anything wrong he would handle it. I was pretty notorious for last minute changes here and there, which wasn't an issue with them! Even after the service, Mr.Holland called to check on me, and even sent a few letters. The staff is very thoughtful and professional, our family night ran past schedule a couple hours. The whole night I never felt rushed or worried about the time. We had amble time to greive even when everyone else left. The beauticians did an amazing job, you would think that she was asleep. My Mother was beautiful and they made sure she looked as she was! They followed our specific instructions and even changed something after I thought about it. The service was beautiful as it should be for such a beautiful woman. I was complimented multiple times for how it turned out. I know it would have made my Mother proud. If you're looking for someone to take proper care of your loved one, this would be the place. It's never easy losing a loved one no matter how close, with Bright-Holland they'll do their best to make sure you have ease of mind. I really don't know how to thank the people at Bright-Holland Funeral Home , in Paris , TX. In a way that is becoming of the service there. From the minute they were called to my dads residence, they were kind and very helpful, but not in an overbearing or awkward way. They all walked me through those uneasy steps and even called back that afternoon to see how I was doing. They handled my dads body with such care and respect that I couldn't help be surprised. They're a great team and certainly haven't missed their calling. It's not very often that you see people who are so good at their jobs that they don't seem to be at work. But I know it has to be a tough career path. And , Mr Ben Holland, gave me an umatched level of professionalism from start to finish. Even though I made it less than easy by not thinking before I made a decision or two. He corrected me and then picked back up where we left off. Thank you all so very much.
