Brett Funeral Home, specifically Joe, exceeded our expectations when making arrangements for my mother’s funeral and Mass. He was professional and yet so kind. He listened to our thoughts about how we would like the Visitation and Mass to happen. Every question we had was treated with respect and answered promptly. Joe took the time to explain that the weather might impact our plans and what our alternatives would be before we had to make any changes. My family and I truly appreciate the kindness, respect and professionalism Joe displayed as we moved through the grieving process.

After a devastating loss of my sister Maria, Terry Brett and his family members of Brett Funeral Home again brought comfort and dignity to her final destination. You see, Brett Funeral Home has always been there in my family's most tragic and vulnerable hours. They took care of my Mother and Father as well as my Brother. And more recently , my sister Maria. They were the lights that we looked to guide us. The Brett's were attentive and consoling , honoring every request for the Catholic services held at our parish church. They could not have been more caring and professional. Always in the service of others is the definition of professional. Upon contacting Brett Funeral home after the shockingly tragic news of my sisters death, Terry guided me by the grace and hand of God. He again was there for my family. The first few days were very difficult , as I was in shock. I gave him the incorrect SS# and a month later a financial company noticed the wrong number. A review was done and I admitted that I gave the incorrect number that was stored on a file. I gave him an insurance policy number that was 8 digits long as is the SS# is also 8 digits long. Terry quickly responded and ordered new Death Certs with proof of SS from a tax return and a notarized form. Before the agency that delivers the Certs received the information, another request for more DC's was made by a distant family member, C Pantella with the wrong SS and the process had to be repeated again. So you see it was not Brett Funeral Home that was at fault, it was a family member. Cristina Pantella. Many times I asked her to remove the false statements. This review is mostly in response to how wonderful and caring everyone at Brett Funeral Home have been to my family. This is also on record to the untruthful and erroneous review posted by my distant family member. Thank you to the Brett family for helping my family and friends through a time of sorrow and loss.
