Smith Brothers Funeral Home did an excellent job with arrangements for my sister, Paulette Denise Cousins, an Army and Navy Reservist veteran. The staff members were very caring and empathetic, working with Paulette's son and family member from out of town. It was hard, having mom make her transition in Arlington, VA during the holiday season and have her transported to Hampton, VA for the homegoing services and burial.
