Attention: I have been trying to place my mother's tombstone for over five years now. Despite receiving my payment, the mr. Boyko responsible has continuously delayed the process, promising to dig the hole but failing to do so. Their customer service is appalling, showing no consideration for my feelings. They have repeatedly hung up on me and failed to return my calls, making them the rudest person I have ever encountered. I highly recommend seeking services elsewhere due to their unacceptable behavior."
