Nick Elias helped my family after the death of my husband with such great compassion and professionalism. His deep understanding of our loss helped us through the difficult time. He was patient in providing his guidance and expertise, while making us feel comfortable and unpressured in making decisions about the service, which involved extensive planning. Then, more recently, Nick helped us in making arrangements for military honors for my father, who died in Florida. We wanted these honors in PA, and Nick graciously made the contacts and arrangements, even though the funeral arrangements were done by a funeral home in Florida. My family has been greatly blessed by Nick.
