Lori was so thorough and patient as this is a big decision and took me some time to make up my mind and I would have different questions. Probably asked more than once.! I have a friend that has worked here for years in a different department and he has impeccable integrity so that helped as well with my comfort level. Was more important to have trust on people taking care of something when you won’t even know what’s going on.

Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in conjunction with Eternal Light Memorial Gardens provided all the end of life services for my brother in a seamless and professional manner. Month's before my brother's passing we met with Debbie Layne at Eternal Light. She was extremely patient and helpful and over a period of several hours guided us through all the possible preferences we wished addressed and helped with selecting what was most appropriate for us. The day after my brother passed we met with Jenny Adair at Beth Israel where my brother's body rested prior to burial. She was very professional, helpful and well prepared. We discussed final funeral and financial details. All necessary documents were ready and there were no surprises. We were grateful everything went so smoothly. We had a graveside ceremony with one of their excellent rabbis, Jonathan Kaplan. He spoke from his heart. The entire tone and demeanor of the funeral spoke for their commitment to recognizing the sanctity of human life and the gravity of its loss. We greatly appreciated their efforts in easing the pain of my brother's passing.

After my family member died suddenly and without having made any plans, his body was taken to Beth Israel. We didn't know anything about the place or about the process but we were lucky to have Jenny Adair working with us. She was reassuring, patient, and informative. She even managed to make us smile, which was a great relief under the circumstances. Thanks for all your help, Jenny.
