My family decided to complete the pre-need process for my elderly mother in order to ensure everything would be exactly what she wants when it comes time for a funeral. Gary was fantastic! He took time to explain every detail to my sister and me. He also made sure that my mother could hear everything he explained (she has significant hearing loss) and that she understood everything. The viewing area is lovely and everything is very clean/organized. Gary also has pet cremation services, which I will absolutely be using in the future for my beloved pets. You can tell immediately that Gary is in the business because he genuinely wants to help people with their end of life plans. And something I found very interesting - Gary is a Navy Veteran and has some memorabilia hanging up that recognize his accomplishments while serving- definitely take a look!
