Becker Funeral Home was absolutely amazing and impeccable in every detail. We were having a very hard time with the passing of our 8 years old son after 2 years fighting a very aggressive Cancer. We were lost and the whole situation was hard to process and hard to believe. Rob and Mr. Becker showed us a lot of empathy, kindness and compassion. Rob guided us through all the process in a very human and kind way. From the preparation, taking time explaining everything, to the Service day, he was amazing and helped us in every way he could. They have a system to upload photos to be displayed at the Service, which was very nice and easy to use. We asked for a private viewing of our son 2 days before the Service, we thought we were just going to see him the way he came from the Hospital. But Rob asked for his funeral clothes before and set everything up in a very beautiful way, everything was nicely displayed, in a quiet room, and my son was looking beautiful. I was afraid of that moment, but the way they did it was very comforting. Rob guided us through the Service day as well, and went above and beyond saying some nice and helpful words to the attendees at the end of the Service, about how people should continue talking about our son with us, to keep memories alive. We strongly recommend Becker Funeral Home.

I will start by saying that when my dad died two weeks ago we came home from the hospital heart broken and feeling lost. The hospital had given us a list of funeral homes to choose from. That night me and my sisters wanted to choose a place because we wanted our dad out of the morgue. I found Becker and was immediately pulled in by their website, little did we know that Becker would end up being the best decision we ever made. That night Rob(funeral director) answered my call and immediately answered my questions. I then called the hospital the next day and Rob called me to let me know they picked up my dad and set a appt for that Monday. The meeting was stress free and he took his time explaining everything to us. We received important papers of things to consider like who we need to contact and about benefits. They sent us a link to upload the photos that would be displayed during the viewing. Today I had to say a final goodbye to my dad and Becker funeral home really made the day beautiful. The staff is caring and really know how to cater to the families. I am saddened that we were in this situation but at least it brought us some peace and thank you for making this easier and we are able to mourn without the stress.

I had a private viewing for my daughter and when we went in the room she was in a cardboard cremation box, no makeup and a blanket that looked like it came from a secondhand thrift store which was put on very untidy. I was appalled by the lack of respect for my daughter. If I had known that is how they handled viewings I would of picked a more respectful funeral home.
