Tommy and all of the staff at Bartlett-Nichols Funeral Home go beyond and above to provide grieving family members with immeasurable compassion and kindness during such a tragic time in one's life. My daughter passed in April of 2021 and Tommy and his staff were so kind, empathetic, and professional! He could not have been more accommodating in discussing every detail of the process with me. I highly recommend this funeral home because they genuinely care about people and show that in the way they treat you from the initial contact all the way through the difficult journey of losing a loved one. Thank you, Tommy and staff! You're all amazing!

I can't thank Tom Nichols enough for all he did to make preparing for my father, James Callihan's funeral so easy and for making the service so nice. Tom is extremely pleasant to work with and very detailed oriented to make certain that everything is perfect and just the way you want it, which everything was. He made great suggestions for what I might want to display, and I appreciated that I was given photos of the flowers with the sender's names so I knew who to thank without having to keep records of that myself. His staff is also very helpful. I highly recommend them.

No one wants to plan a funeral for their loved one-having Matt took away the stress. He went thru our consult in a timely manner with consideration about our Dad. Every detail was covered from beginning to end. He gave us clear direction on needs & deadlines. We followed his lead so our life can be more focused on our family& loved ones. I just can’t say enough good things about Matt. He is family now & we recommend he & his team for any loved ones passing arrangements. Such a Kind-Compassionate-Generous & graceful Experience.
