I live out of state and was unable to attend a dear friend's memorial service for his dad. I bought flowers and paid fees through the funeral home website to ensure they would be delivered to the memorial service. I received an email confirmation that it would be delivered on time. I just received a phone call 8 days later letting me know that they just received the order due to the holidays and would be happy to deliver tomorrow. I find this unacceptable.

From the time we walked through the door at Barkes Weaver & Glick planning my wife's funeral we were guided gently and treated with total respect. We didn't have to think of what we needed to do, they did it for us. They took charge and created a beautiful funeral service. This funeral home was phenomenal given the circumstances. I have never met a more hospitable group. Trent was who worked with us the most, walked me through every step. He stayed in contact with me and accomadated my every need. They even let my nephew take the deceased's dog into see her. I can't thank this place enough! I hope it will be a long time, but I will use this place forever.
