Thank you to Jason for his help and making this experience a lot easier on my family he was wonderful kind and compassionate he is the best B&L provided great care for my beloved mother and helped carry out beautiful services also thank you to Cathy she was so kind and warm. I feel as if they felt our grief and really cared for my mother and my family. It didn’t feel like a business it felt loving.

Amazingly compassionate services with attentive and caring staff at all levels. Both of my parents were laid to rest with the services of Ballweg and Lunsford and I would recommend their wonderful service to any of need.

"T", an asian-looking, soft spoken undertaker working at the South Salina street location, backstabbed us with in-laws after the death of my brother. He betrayed our trust by secretively sharing personal information entrusted to him in a private conversation we had on the subject of my deceased brother's widow (my sister in law). He then asked her not to tell me that he was the source. This caused estrangement between us and serious visitation issues with my nephew and niece later on - ending up in court. If you would like to have your private thoughts betrayed by some random undertaker, causing dissention between you and your family while you are grieving and vulnerable, then by all means, choose Ballweg and Lunsford. Otherwise, there are many much more mature and decent funeral homes you can do business with who will respect your trust and not add family conflict to your stress and sadness. ** Update after a year or so ** You will notice that the "owner" only responds to the easy "thank you" comments from grieving people by copy/pasting a platitude, but ignores critical comments like this one. If T cared about doing right (and making things right) on principle he would be much more concerned about dissatisfied customers, too.
