I recently lost my father very unexpectedly and had no plans set up for him. DeWitt memorial was able to assist us in figuring out everything and made the process very easy. While he was cremated here in Syracuse his remains are to be brought down to Brooklyn where he's from and DeWitt memorial has gone above and beyond in making sure that everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. They assisted us with picking out an urn with special engravement and made sure that it got here on time. Jan has been a sweetheart and answered every question and call no matter the time of day. I would recommend their services to anyone in this situation and truly appreciate their kindness and thoroughness during this difficult time.

We lost my Mom at the end of 2023, and had no funeral/ cremation plan in place. We reached out to the A. Dewitt funeral home and they met with us right away.
