Steve (Si), Kristen, Nick, Dom, and the entire team at Bagozzi Twins provided exceptional comfort and support during a very challenging time. Their professionalism and expertise guided us in honoring my husband’s memory with the utmost grace and respect. They assisted us every step of the way in planning, even accompanying me to the cemetery to select a plot. Their attention to detail was remarkable. They tastefully arranged mementos, photos, and other items, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere for family and friends to gather. The room truly reflected my husband’s personality and spirit. Throughout the day, the chauffeurs and attendants maintained a calm and supportive presence, attentively anticipating our needs. Bagozzi Twins’ commitment to compassionate and professional service will always be remembered. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of such assistance.

My father passed away about a month ago. Si and his team took care of all the arrangements and did so with kindness, empathy, responsiveness and warmth. I really can’t say enough about how these folks made a really sad and terrible situation tolerable. Bagozzi Twins also handled the final arrangements for my brother in 2015, and even though it was almost 9 years ago, I remember being equally as impressed then as I am now. Si is a nice person. It takes a special type of human to be a funeral director, and Si - along with everyone at Bagozzi Twins, made sure my father was laid to rest beautifully and memorably. Every last detail was attended to, details I didn’t even know about at the time. I asked a lot of questions and was admittedly very particular about how I wanted everything to go, and they didn’t miss a beat. Si served as the “traffic cop” and interfaced with all the ancillary organizations (e.g., cemetery, newspaper, etc.), which made things easier on me. He made recommendations but did so with softness and delicacy. For a couple weeks, it felt like Si was part of our family. The final result was services that were beautiful and paid a wonderful tribute to my Dad’s memory. Not only would I recommend Bagozzi Twins without reservation, I would do so with sheer enthusiasm. They are good people who do great work during a family’s most difficult time. Hire them - you won’t regret it.

My Mother had planned on a funeral elsewhere, until she went to a service at Bagozzi’s. In 2021, we met with Si and went through the pre-planning service. It was comforting for my Mother to know this was taken care of. When her time came, we felt relief and peace that she was an angel and also felt that peace and relief knowing how Bagozzi’s was going to treat her - with dignity and respect. Si was incredible. He made sure every detail was perfect. He was always available for questions. He guided us and told us what to expect. He made us feel like we were the only family he was serving. He was very kind and compassionate. I am even considering pre-planning there!
