I simply cannot say enough wonderful things. The staff at Austin Natural Funerals stepped into our lives at such a difficult time, and made us feel so very cared for and valued. They were professional and loving. They walked with our family through our time of sadness, and made the process as easy and stress free as it could have been. I highly recommend them, and am so glad we choose them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are locally owned, and treat each customer like they are the only one. Mitzi and her team took an otherwise crushing loss in our family, and turned it into a beautiful and thoughtful ceremony. Austin Natural Funerals was so patient with all my questions, and were so genuinely kind. Their business practices are outstanding as well; they are knowledgeable, clear, and organized with their approach. On the worst days of grief, this honest and caring business owner will provide a bright light amidst it all.

My husband's illness came on quickly - and took him just as quickly. In times of grief, few, if any, have the emotional energy or mental capacity to plan a funeral. I selected Austin Natural Funerals to handle his arrangements mainly because of proximity to our home. Essentially, I called upon strangers to manage his death and had no choice but to trust. And earn my trust they did. From the team who transported his body to the office staff to Campbell specifically, I cannot offer enough gratitude for their efficiency, integrity, transparency and compassion. I applaud those in the business of death; it takes a special human being to not only plan/manage such an emotional event, but to deal with the equally emotional family. While I do not expect to stay in Austin much longer, I would certainly entrust Austin Natural Funerals to manage my own.
