I strongly urge people never to use this service. They make too many mistakes, even on the most simple things. Death certificate was incorrect… they send wrong forms, they give out wrong information. Andres does not care about providing a good service… employees like Isabel and Marilyn are incompetent and that’s putting it nicely. I would choose another service!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Refused to send death certificates to the addresses requested saying they might get lost and they could only send to one address (not 2 as the family had requested one death certificate for the deceased's mom, son and sister) even after this was confirmed when I paid for the cremation. I even offered to pay more to have them sent individually and funeral director refused. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kept me on hold for almost a half hour to then explain to me that they couldn't help me with the death certificates and I actually had to come in person to try to resolve. Stay away!!!
