We used Angelus for the cremation of our loved one. The customer service lady Doris was very courteous and professional until payment was made. Then she did not return phone calls or notify when the cremation was completed. A family member had to call repeatedly to get that information and to find out about the mailing of the death certificate. Also, we were informed when our loved one arrived that he had a necklace and gold chain with him. Days later staff at Angelus denied it. And finally we were charged $25.00 for the mailing of the certificates (we had already paid $24 for an extra certificate) but it was mailed priority for $10 so where did the additional $15 go? Angelus has a reputation as a Christian funeral home, please do better.

What happed to our flowers! Angelus was clueless when we questioned them about our flowers that was delivered. The flower company said they delivered them 2 hours early. We later found out that Angelus gave our flowers to another funeral service! How could they be so careless! Smh!
