Ryan my families staff support was exceptional at communicating and planning. He was very collaborative and considerate. He was kind and respectful and I don't know how anyone could plan a funeral without someone like him and his agency helping you. Funerals are difficult and emotionally draining. My family felt very supported through every step of the funeral process. We had 2 services one in Alaska and one in the Philippines. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend this company above the rest because of the professionalism that is paired with sincere kindness.

I usually don't write reviews but I just had to say something about how great your service was. Last month my brother&SIL lost their 1month old baby and our families took it hard. But Mary (the person we dealt with) answered all our questions, was very patient and kind and I'd like to thank you all for all you have done for us. Your staff went beyond our expectation and with God by our side everything for sweet angels special day was beautiful. Not enough words can express how thankful we are. I loss my 1 born, 4 month old granddaughter on 11/12/24. Because I knew it would be to much for my son to handle, I began to help plan the funeral. My son was given a list of funeral homes to call, and he sent them to me. Due to the fact that I live in Florida, I began to research them online. None of them impressed me, and some of them had horrible reviews! I waited a few days, then I decided to google “funeral homes in Anchorage.” This funeral home was first on the list, and there were many great reviews about Brian. So, I called and asked for him. I explained to him my situation, and why I called and asked for him directly. From the time he started talking until he finished, he made my heart feel so much better!! He was kind, caring, compassionate, sympathetic, and most of all, very patient because I had a million questions! Later that day, I called back with more questions. This time I spoke with Michael. He too, offered me the same kindness as Brian. Loosing anyone is hard, but loosing a baby is extremely hard! I’m all the way in Florida, and Brian made me feel as if I was right there! I even made a mistake on her obituary. I reached out to him asking if he could correct it, and without question, it was done! No matter how many times I called, how many questions I had, how many things didn’t go to on my end, they never made me or my family feel as if we were a burden. Today was her memorial service, they had her looking just like the angel that she is. They allowed my son to go live from his Facebook page so that we could be apart of the service. Brian even spoke to me again once the service was over. Loosing Zariya was soooooo hard for us, but this funeral home took as much weight off of us as they possibly could. I can only pray that God will enlarge his territory in every area of his life, and everyone that’s apart of his team. They , by far, exceeded my expectations!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!
