Manuel was so kind and helpful during this incredibly difficult time. Went through every possibility we brought up. Answered every single question. Took his time and was so kind. Definitely put our mind at ease. He was very heartfelt, genuine, and caring. Can't express enough how grateful and pleased I am with him and Alma funeral home. It is bittersweet that this establishment is in my phonebook. Manuel is who I have dealt with each time because they were unexpected passings. He handles the process with such care and grace. Never felt pressure to buy or do anything. They are the most affordable in town. I know because each time we have called, I price each place. However, the customer service keeps bringing us coming back, the price is just added bonus (and my family has had to do this more times than we ever hoped).
