This establishment was unprofessional and created an environment that made this process much more difficult for my family in this heartbreaking time. Additional fees were added and due to the card machine being broken and them not having any sort of money to give change, we had additional stress of having to leave and bring exact change. If possible, select another business to deal with these affairs.
