This review is a bit delayed but much deserved! While the passing of a loved one is always a difficult time, Allay Cremation helped make our arrangements for our dad very simple and straightforward and thus added zero stress to the whole experience. We began seeking direct cremation services about a month before Dad passed, since we were told by hospice that he could go at any time. I was encouraged by all the 5 star reviews for Allay, as well as the reasonable price and straightforward procedure. I was able to fill out all the information (without having to pay ahead of time) in those first difficult days, electronically sign the forms, and then have the comfort of knowing that everything was set up for when Dad's time came. We were able to view many choices of beautiful urns for Dad's ashes, and chose a nice wooden one that fit his personality and faith. When the day came, Allay and the hospice team were in touch, and the family could focus on time together and saying goodbye to Dad without having to make numerous phone calls. The gentlemen from Allay who came to pick Dad up were extremely respectful and allowed us those last moments to say goodbye, before draping a flag over Dad (he was a veteran) and taking him into their care. Over the next few days, Josh (and sometimes Lawrence) were in touch regularly. Nearly every day I received an email or a phone call from Josh clarifying information from me and/or letting me know where they were in the process of information for the death certificates, medical information, cremation schedule, etc. So we were never left wondering what was going on. Repeatedly, they expressed their condolences, and we as a family felt very cared for. When Dad's ashes were ready, they let us know ahead of time and offered multiple options for receiving them and the death certificates we had ordered. We so appreciated the professionalism, care, concern, communication, and respect our family received from Allay and their team, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a direct cremation option for their loved one.

Our collaboration with Allay was truly remarkable. Lawrence guided us through each phase with exceptional care. His compassion, efficiency, and punctuality in handling the cremation process and documentation were outstanding. James was very kind and personally delivered the urn, keepsakes, and certificates.
