We have used Albertville Memorial Chapel for many years and they are great. I just have recently used them for my Sister’s memorial service and they go above and beyond to help you anyway they can to make your experience special. The staff are amazing, they are all very knowledgeable and kind.

This place is so odd. 1st of all they couldn’t close the vault and our whole family was waiting almost 20 minutes for them to “seal it” then our family wanted to put the dirt over the vault. THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND HAD OUR FAMILYS VEHICLES PURSUED BY POLICE OFFICERS. After we started using our own shovels they started lowering the dumb gate while there was 10 people emptying the dirt. They didn’t care about the family members. I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever, and possibly should be sued for the unprofessional tactics they displayed today.

They are my choice from now on. All the staff went out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible and I can't thank them enough.
