This place was by far the best option for services! They were very patient and very knowledgeable. Cleopatra was outstanding! I am super happy I had the privilege of working with such an elegant and professional young lady. She made sure everything was dressed properly, services were prompt, it was presentable, and things were in order. I am glad to know they have someone like her on their team. Her communication was also excellent. We ran into a situation but it was handled with patience. This Funeral home family is one that I will use again. Thank you Alabama Heritage.

I want to thank the team for a service that honored my husband and put our families and friends at ease. From the very first time I came in to the days after the service, everyone has been so helpful. Beth helped plan the event and helped me through every step of planning. Cleo was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. From every detail of setting everything up, to getting it online for those who couldn't travel, Cleo was right by my side. Savannah was also there the night of the event to help with whatever our needs were. I had so many people tell me how warm the event was and that it represented my husband well and the truth is the team is the one who made that happen so that I could grieve and receive the family and friends. I would use them again ,if needed, without hesitation. This team is in the right place doing what they were meant to do. Thank you!
