If you do not know that the main office is in Metamora don't expect the assistant the owner Rolfe to acknowledge this. She is good at being condescending and mean mouth to the deceased family members. Expects everyone to use a florists and you should be able to read her mind. She made the conversation sound like the owner approved of how she was talking tome ots been almost 3hrs since this horrible woman upset me. I just want to cry still. And to think this is a place that helps the grieving. Very unfriendly.

I've been to a few visitations here, and they helped with mom's passing around Labor Day 09. I had them arrange my funeral expenses for when I pass, and it was only $30 each month, after the initial sign-up, over three years. I'm grateful for this service.
