The preparation’s were fairly easy In the beginning we would be told by Guillermo that he would keep us updated and it was never like that. We always had to be calling him to get answers and follow ups, we ordered my dad‘s urn through them two weeks before he actually put in an order. we had told them that my dad services are going to be February 28 while the urn didn’t arrive until March 1 a day before my dad‘s actual services.March 1 came. I called to make sure that the urn had arrived and we were still on track to pick up my dad ashes at noon that me and Guillermo discussed, Stephanie answers the phone, tells me the urn will not be ready for pick up until March 2 after noon. My dad services were going to be March 2 at 10 AM. Stephanie answers the phone tells me the urn will not be ready for pick up until March 2 after noon. My dad services we’re going to be March 2 at 10 AM. Stephanie was no help She was rude and dismissive. With her type of work, I believe you need a little bit of humanity and empathy. I saw eyes being rolled a smirk in this woman’s face while my sister was talking to her with tears running down her face I was waiting to see some type of empathy here a I’m sorry nothing I told her we needed an urn to be about the same dimensions because of the flower arrangement(they were going to lend us a urn since she didn’t know my dads urn arrived) She rolled her eyes like we were inconvenient to her. All I kept hearing from her was this is not my case since Guillermo was out sick that day. Sadly to say we didn’t have a great experience with this please I pray to God no one goes through what we did with this place. Plus this place is dirty so dusty and it smelled like wet clothes.

I highly recommend using Accu-Care for this type of service. The staff was very caring and understanding of my needs during this most difficult time. The ceremony we had for my beloved son was handled with care. They were very compassionate and accommodating during our time there. They made this a cherished and memorable memory in the send off of my son. Amen. Vivian

Guillermo provides excellent care and empathy on all occasions through this process. We had some delay due to outside circumstances that he was able to navigate professionally and provide timely updates. This path was new to me and I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you.
