Feeling catered, and supported In everything that was done to make the family and guests feel more at ease in this difficult unbearable moments no one wants to go through. Very well coordinated, and very effective communication. Everything that was promised to be delivered, was delivered! the WORSE service ever recieved!!!!!!! my family and I were kicked out by two men during my aunts funeral because i picked up the very small bottle of holy water and they accused me of trying to steal it. The older bald man was screaming in my face and followed us out to our car and kept arguing with my grieving family. I am only 20 and the man was way older, and very very unprofessional. my mom tried to get him to stop yelling at me, but he proceeded. it’s so upsetting because the funeral was the same day as my birthday, and my family was already having a hard time. they were watching us on the cameras the entire funeral and every time we touch her casket, they yelled at us through the microphone. SO SAD

Gracefully walked me and my siblings through the unexpected death of our mother. Everything was done with delicate care. I appreciate their professional and respectful nature. Highly recommend Zapata Funeral Home.
