Albrecht Funeral Homes started in 1929 in Milton by Robert O. Albrecht. In 1950, it was taken over by Robert "Bud" Albrecht. Bud's son, Robert "Bob" Albrecht would join his father in the late 1970's and officially took over the business in 1987. Bud and Bob ran the business together until 2008, when Bud retired after almost 62 years in the funeral industry. Adam R. Albrecht would join his father and grandfather as a licensed funeral director in 2007. In October of 2012, Albrecht Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, LLC became a partnership between, Adam and Bob Albrecht.
