Was not happy with my experience. Pricing and such was very shady always changed and they didn’t even provide a few obituary cards at our service for us family nor at least a guest book. They were supposed to put the obituary on their website the same day we went in and it never got in, we did agree it went to the local newspaper for Friday the day of service as it was private though. My employer was kind hearted enough to pay services for my baby sister and it was $8500 and when I call to ask about why the person named Monica was very rude to me said well you didn’t pay for that. I mean seriously? I know costs are costs but wow. She was very rude and didn’t want to admit they forgot to post the Obituary on their website. They were very pushy the whole time, we had issues over the photo which their daughter did help correct and did but still they were rude the whole time. The hearse driver was very rude and even almost ran a person over purposely I saw him. It was not the greatest experience for me. I didn’t feel their sincere sympathy.

I felt like they knew what they were doing and were respectful.
