Yorgensen did a beautiful job with my father’s service. However, my family has since learned of the predatory nature of their services for what should have been a simple disposition. Exorbitant fees for basic paperwork and other services. Shane’s management of my father’s monument was very disappointing. COVID played a big part in the length of time it took for it to be placed (almost two years). However, he gave my siblings a lot of misdirection and false updates. His excuses were blatant lies which I caught him backtracking on a few times once I took up the follow up from my exasperated sister. Eric was the knight in shining armor who moved heaven and earth to quickly resolve my concerns.Thank you, Eric, for rectifying Shanes’s false info. It all ended up well in the end. However, the process was very painful for my family.

YML funeral home took care of my dad's services back in the early 90's and mom was very pleased with them. This year, they handled mom's services. Some may say it's their job, but their professionalism and kind ways demonstrated how much they care for those placed in their trust. I will always be grateful to Doug and his staff.

Shortly after a good friend of mine reached out and told me that we needed to get with Eric Londeen with Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home. I met with Eric and they were truly amazing in walking us through the process all the way through. They even posted an obituary through their webpage free of charge, after the local newspapers wanted $300+ to run an obituary in their newspaper for a day and then half that for every day thereafter. It’s sad to see these newspapers taking advantage of those that are mourning a loved one. Thank you Eric for all of your assistance and your kind patience while helping us.
