Tom was unbelievably kind, compassionate and attended to our every need for my dad’s funeral. I have never felt so comfortable during an obviously uncomfortable and painful time. Tom made everything so easy, he explained everything perfectly, we had no hiccups and my dad was laid to rest in the most respectful and honoring way possible. I had such a beautiful experience with yates they made it respectful easy and very family friendly. I made pre arranged services for my father and mother unfortunately my dad passed away sooner than anticipated but he made it to 95.
