Great location for providing nearby funeral services in West Baltimore communities. The building is well maintained There was also ample parking available. Family and friends were treated with kindness and care. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Time spent here is quite memorable.

We loved the way you all worked with my brother, it looked awesome. The only problem we had is the driver of our limousine, we was told we would be picked up at 11:00 and was under impression that we would be driven to my niece house to follow the hearse to the funeral home. When the driver arrived at 11:00 he said he would be pulling off at 11:35 being that we was talking and everything we didn't think much about it, he went and sat in the limo until 11:35, then when he came to get us into the limo, there was no suggestion of prayers of any kind, we had to stop him so we can say prayers. Once he pulled off he was driving fine but I realize we was not going to my niece house well he took us straight to the funeral home which made my family including my mother and my father missed walking into the funeral home with their deceased son. This is not the traditionally way we are use to walking into a funeral, we thought we would be walking in behind my brother casket, which we was not able to do because they was already inside when we got there. Now we have to sit on the opposite side of the room away from my sister-in-law and family. Now when we left the cemetery it got worse. He went another way from going to the cemetery and there was a lot of winding roads which he was driving like he was in a race. I said to my aunt he is going really fast, and she said, "ok, I thought it was just me thinking that". You had to hold onto the door handle and everything. He proceeded to bypass people and was looking at them as if it was funny he went through red lights as if you was still in the funeral line. I just think he would need more training in etiquette of a funeral.

I waited to do this review because I was hoping that they call me and apologize or try to make it right but nothing. So let me start with why you should never support this business number 1 they preys on the black community to support them and they take full advantage of you at your lowest point 💯 2 they want the services paid in full 48hrs before the funeral so the have you pay 6% of the service to a company if you use insurance policy to cover the service then its another 547.00 for the obituaries which is all overwhelming. But to add insult to injury once you sign the contract with them you can never reach them again no one ever returns your call and trust me I tried fo almost 2 weeks I didn't speak to anyone until the day before the funeral. So when I explained that to them they gave me a discount on the obituaries 250.00 so I gave them a copy of what how the obituaries should read this was a total error or no one bothered to read it and took it upon themselves to put what they thought should be in my mom obituary. They put that my grandmother was deceased twice in the obituary so image how my grandmother felt to read that she was dead in her daughter obituary very hurtful,!!!! So I reached out to them and took them the copy of what I gave them versus what we got and its been over a week I didn't get a apology. So my advice is never allow people like this use you when you're at you're lowest point in life they truly preyed on me and my family. Use any funeral home service except this one and please repost this.
