Connie did a great job in pulling my wife's funeral together. They made arrangement to use their beautiful chapel for her service! They also made special arrangement in having my wife's ashes there as well thanks for a very rough time for me and my sons Mjk

We went there, three of us my brother, my mother, and I to plan my father and my mother’s funeral arrangements. We paid for it, but my mother was on the fence about being cremated or buried. Tena told us that all she had to do was call when she decided and they would refund the difference. Well my mother decided on cremation, she called and now Tena is acting like the difference can’t be refunded. This is all in under a month. We were going to go ahead and purchase my family and my brother’s family as well. I am glad we didn’t with this dishonest place.

I purchased funeral arrangements for my husband and I. I was not sure if I wanted to be cremated or buried. Tena told me I could just call and be refunded the difference if I changed my mind and wanted to be cremated. I called to do so and now she claims it is not possible. They just said whatever would make you give them the money.
